Your first Hikingspot ride starts with a route request. Choose your city pair, pickup and drop-off stops, departure time, seat count, and payment preference. If you are booking for family or friends, add companion details in the booking flow.
When the matcher finds a compatible verified driver, your trip status updates. You will see the route and boarding context, including your 4-digit pickup PIN. That PIN is important: it helps confirm the right passenger is boarding the right vehicle.
Before leaving home, share the guardian link with someone you trust. At pickup, use passenger signals if you are already there or running late. After arrival, rate the trip so the community gets better over time.
