Safety, respect, honesty, and enforcement expectations for everyone using Hikingspot.

1. Safety first
Follow road laws and vehicle safety requirements.
Do not drive or travel if impaired. Report serious safety concerns to local authorities when appropriate.
Use in-app coordination where available; avoid sharing unnecessary personal data.
2. Respect
No harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or threats.
Respect boundaries and property (vehicle, luggage, personal space).
3. Honesty
Provide accurate trip details, seat counts, and availability.
Do not create fake bookings or manipulate matching, fares, or reviews.
4. Cancellations and no-shows
Honour confirmed trips when possible. Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect your account, as described in-app and in the Terms of Service.
5. Enforcement
We may warn, restrict, suspend, or remove accounts that violate these guidelines or the Terms of Service, or that pose risk to others.
