1. Who this notice is for
It applies when you create a passenger account, submit trip requests, receive matches, and use booking and trip status features.
2. Categories of information
Account: Name, email, phone, profile details, and preferences you provide.
Trips: Origins, destinations, preferred times, booking and trip status, fare metadata as implemented, and coordination messages.
Emergency contact: If you choose to provide emergency contact details in the app, we use them for safety-related coordination where appropriate.
Technical: Device, app version, diagnostics, and security-related data.
3. Why we use this information
Operate matching, bookings, and trip status for your requests.
Share necessary details with matched drivers to coordinate the trip.
Secure accounts, prevent fraud, and enforce our Terms of Service.
Send service messages (for example booking updates) and, where permitted, product notices.
Comply with law and support safety.
4. Matching
Matching may use timing, route, capacity, and status rules. If something looks wrong, contact support through the channels we provide.
5. Sharing
We share information with matched drivers for confirmed coordination, with service providers that operate the platform, and when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
6. Account lifecycle
Deactivate and delete options (including delayed anonymisation after delete) are described in our Privacy Policy and in-app.
